Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: You can register for a return or exchange only once per order.

Reasons for Return Rejection
Your return may be rejected if:

The item is not returned with all original packaging and in perfect condition.
The product shows signs of wear or has been used.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged article from 52 Degree, please provide photo or video proof for a refund. In all other cases, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Shipping Costs
A shipping cost of ₹100 will be borne by the customer for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt.

Final Sale Items
Please note that all customized or personalized cap sales are final.
Blind box items sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account once confirmed by our team.
